By creating an account or using RailAlertBD, you agree to the terms below.

1. What this service does

RailAlertBD monitors publicly viewable seat availability for Bangladesh Railway routes and emails you when a seat matching your search becomes available. We do not sell tickets, hold inventory, or complete purchases on your behalf. Booking always happens on the official Bangladesh Railway site, under your own account.

2. No guarantee of availability

Seats can be taken by someone else between the moment we detect availability and the moment you complete a booking. We do our best to notify you quickly, but we cannot guarantee you will successfully secure a seat.

3. Pings and payment

Watching a train and seat class uses one "ping" from your account balance. Pings are purchased via manual bKash transfer and confirmed after we verify your submitted transaction ID. Approved payments are credited as pings and are non-refundable once credited. Unconfirmed payment requests expire automatically after a set window if no proof is submitted.

4. Independence from Bangladesh Railway

RailAlertBD is an independent service, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Bangladesh Railway. All bookings and payments for actual train tickets happen entirely on Bangladesh Railway's own systems, outside of RailAlertBD.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse, resell access to, or attempt to circumvent the limits of this service, and to provide accurate payment information when confirming a purchase.

6. Limitation of liability

RailAlertBD is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for missed seats, delayed notifications, service interruptions, or losses connected to your use of the service.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
