What we collect

Your email address and password (handled by our authentication provider, never seen by us in plain text), the searches and watches you create, and — only when you buy pings — the bKash number and transaction ID you submit to confirm payment.

How we use it

To run the service: sending you seat-availability emails, verifying payments you tell us you've made, and keeping your account secure. We don't sell your information to anyone.

Who else sees it

A small number of infrastructure providers process data on our behalf: our database and login provider, our email-sending provider, and an error-monitoring tool that helps us catch bugs. None of them are permitted to use your data for their own purposes. Payments themselves happen directly between you and us over bKash — we don't integrate with or share data with bKash directly.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account is active. If you'd like your account and associated data deleted, contact us and we'll remove it, except where we're required to keep payment records for a period for accounting purposes.

You can ask us what data we hold about you, correct it, or request deletion at any time by contacting us.
